Moorland Studios was incorporated in 1987 by Constance K. Bassett   and David Cann. Together, Constance and David have 40 years of   combined experience restoring, conserving, designing and building   with metal. Here they are pictured on City Hall in Philadelphia, PA   working on the William Penn sculpture in 2007.
